Labuan Bajo in Manggarai is famous for the Komodo National Park and many other wondrous attractions. However, most people don’t know about Amelia Sea View, a great sightseeing spot that gives you breathtaking panorama of Labuan Bajo and its surroundings including sunrise and sunset.

Amelia Sea View was developed by the local government for both tourists and locals, so the area is quite easy to reach. It is mostly made up of hills and you can enjoy the best views from the tallest hill, which is also really easy to reach. You will see the ocean, the tops of the other nearby hills and feel the strong wind through your hair. Those who enjoy trekking can explore the pathway that leads to the summit of the hills.

Because of its strategic location, Amelia Sea View is great for those looking for some time away to refresh. The best time to go is to see the sunrise when can breathe the fresh air. However, if you want to enjoy a more romantic view, the best time is to visit is at sunset.
