Welcome to the second edition of the Flores Plus newsletter. Recently, somebody asked, “Why Flores?” Yes, why indeed. For many, this magical land is still a land of fantasy, something out of a movie and the closest thing to a real-life Jurassic Park that they can get. Also to many, Flores is the ideal holiday spot, the next big thing, the magical dream getaway with the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.
We often hear remarks from those who have been on a trip to Flores and the Komodo National Park; breathless, excited conversations peppered with statements like “beautiful”, “breathtaking”, “incredible” and “paradise”. Of course, those who have never been there can only imagine the great extend of this land’s beauty through pictures.
But hey, here’s where we step in! It’s our mission to bring you as close as we possibly can to the mystical, incredible and practically untouched land that lies to the East. On our last trip there, we managed to record one of the most astonishing views that you could ever see… the skyline over the Komodo National Park that is truly unlike any other. See it for yourself in the video below!
Enjoy the video, and do leave a comment on our Facebook page and Instagram accounts to let us know what you think. Join us next week as we Rediscover Hidden Paradise and be sure to tag #floresplus to be featured!
